HoYoverse to adapt Genshin Impact into new anime series · TechNode

HoYoverse, the China-based creator of break-out hit Genshin Impact, officially announced on its website on September 16 that it has been working with Japanese animation studio Ufotable to adapt the game title into an anime series. Story details and a release date are yet to be revealed but HoYoverse has released a short trailer for the series. The Shanghai firm has released documentaries, official soundtrack albums, and comic series adaptations before about Genshin Impact. Launched in 2020, the action role-playing game surpassed $3 billion in worldwide revenue in May 2022, according to Sensor Tower.
